On 12/4/17 Me and Eddie had the worst Chitterlings We ever had We will not go we couldn’t eat it Eddie ask to speak to manager & was told there’s no manager well can I speak to the owner was told the same thing no owner but we can call back so when we did get home I call back and ask to speak with owner or manager the lady on the phone said she was the manager and owner so I told her about her Chitterlings and she told me they have about 400 people come in on the first Monday of the month and me & your husband is the only one who complain about the Chitterlings my would always say Chitterlings in Restaurants are not always clean then I Remember when I was 17 in Cali working in soul food Restaurant they didn’t clean those Chitterlings the owner told us just put black pepper in the pot and no one wouldn’t know I can’t believe I listened to someone about the Chitterlings so if you don’t want to get sick don’t come ’ PoPwell’s in Tylertown Mississippi Eddie pay with his credit card they wouldn’t charge it back to his credit card so now we’re disputing it with the credit card company Eddie told me never again tell him about Restaurant that someone told me about who doesn’t even eat Chitterlings lol
My husband and I had the seafood buffet and it was absolutely delicious. Catfish was cooked exactly the way I like it; staff was very friendly. I would recommend this place in a heart beat.
